TOOL Ring
The heart of the system is the tool ring, which can be freely positioned and programmed to allow the scanned profile to precisely pass through all processing steps and be removed from the downstream buffer completely processed. Small footprint, ease of maintenance, and easy accessibility from all sides are just a few of the many highlights. In productive operation, all that is required is to identify the profile bar using the integrated scanner and confirm it after it has been placed in position. The tool stations are individually equipped to meet your requirements.

DYNAMIC SCREWDRIVER
The patented dynamic screwdriver enables a significant increase in machine capacity of up to 25%. By placing it on a separate servo axis in front of the tool slewing ring, the screwing of the aluminum and steel reinforcements can take place parallel to machining. This reduces downtime and optimizes production flow. The innovative technology offers an efficient solution for demanding manufacturing processes.
