The intelligent combination of an automatic sawing center (ASZ), profile machining center (PBZ), and the linking table (VKN) creates a seamless machining process in a minimal footprint. Efficient processes - without manual intervention
Thanks to the innovative arrangement of the machines, a completely new workflow is enabled: Profiles no longer need to be sorted or sequenced manually – this is done by the automatic profile transfer. Furthermore, profiles can be flexibly added or removed during the ongoing production process, without any fixed sequence. The processing sequence is only determined by scanning at the profile processing center (PBZ). This keeps the production flow dynamic and adaptable, tailored to your requirements. The result: optimized paths, reduced manual intervention, and maximum efficiency. This intelligent process saves time, conserves resources, and ensures smooth operations – for maximum flexibility.

Parallel profile and steel cutting
The Modular Profile Machining Center (MPZ) enables seamless integration with the automated steel cutting process – for a perfectly coordinated production process. The sawing data for the window profiles is automatically transmitted to the steel saw, ensuring that the corresponding steel profile is cut at exactly the right time and in the right length. This "just-in-time" principle ensures maximum precision, minimizes storage times, prevents mix-ups, and significantly reduces the time spent searching for the required steel length. The automated data transfer reduces manual intervention and increases process reliability. This creates optimal collaboration between profile and steel cutting – efficient, reliable, and fully digital.
