With our automatic data interface, manual entry of sawing orders is a thing of the past. The material lengths to be sawn are transferred directly from our automatic sawing center (ASZ) – digitally and in exactly the order they are needed.
This means no sorting, no searching, no replanning. The steel profiles are sawn automatically and precisely in the correct sequence – for a consistent, efficient material flow.

DYNAMIC FEED
A precise cut begins with the correct feed rate – and this is where our innovative technology comes in. Profile-specific cutting parameters ensure a long service life of the saw blade. The optimal feed rate is adjusted to the profile – individually for each profile, automatically and without manual intervention.
This intelligent adjustment brings several advantages: The cutting quality is noticeably improved, the tools are protected, and their service life is significantly extended.

OPTIMIZED CUTTING
With our innovative pre-buffer technology, precision begins even before the first cut. After transport, the steel profile is automatically tilted to an optimal angle on the pre-buffer – with millimeter precision and secure positioning. The result: Every cut is made at exactly the right angle, which not only maximizes cut quality but also minimizes processing time.
Thanks to this automatic angle adjustment, you avoid rework, reduce material waste and increase your efficiency in production – regardless of whether you are producing in series or for individual items.

Profile-related residual and waste parameters
With profile-specific residual and waste parameters, you have complete control over your material usage. You decide which remaining lengths of a profile should be retained for later processing – and which should be discarded as waste.
This allows for optimal control of the use of each individual profile: short pieces that are still valuable for future projects are automatically set aside, while sections that are no longer usable are immediately sorted out. This saves material, reduces costs, and ensures resource-efficient use of steel profiles.
Individually adjustable specifications allow for maximum flexibility – tailored to your production requirements. This allows you to maintain an overview at all times and use your materials as efficiently as your processes require.

RESIDUAL MATERIAL BUFFER
Our intelligent buffer is designed for maximum efficiency and order in the production process. It can optionally be configured with two clearly separated levels that perform different tasks: The lower level stores the finished parts, neatly sorted and immediately ready for further processing. The upper level, on the other hand, is specifically designed for leftover lengths created during cutting.
This clear separation significantly improves material flow. Mix-ups are avoided, and leftover pieces are not lost but can be specifically captured, stored, and reused. This saves material costs, reduces waste, and simultaneously provides greater clarity in production.
The two-stage post-buffer is a well-thought-out system that combines efficiency and sustainability – for a smooth process after cutting and responsible use of resources.
