The automatic sawing center from THORWESTEN is equipped with a dynamic clamping system that allows clamping as close as possible to the sawblade. The stable construction of the automatic sawing center ensures maximum precision – even under demanding conditions. The torsion-resistant design and vibration-damping components ensure smooth operation and consistently precise cuts, even with changing profiles.
In contrast to lighter systems, the solid construction offers clear advantages: cutting forces are reliably absorbed, vibrations are minimized and tool wear is reduced.
The precisely guided axes and solid machine structure ensure consistent dimensional accuracy over time - a decisive factor for efficiency, especially in series production or frequently changing orders.

STEPLESS ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
The automatic angle adjustment enables miter cuts at variable angles from 22.5° to 157.5° – continuously and fully automated. Precise angle adjustment takes place without manual intervention, significantly reducing setup times and eliminating operating errors.
Unlike systems with fixed grid points, every cutting angle can be precisely controlled. This ensures maximum flexibility, the highest accuracy, and consistent repeatability – even with complex profile geometries or changing jobs.
