The heart of the system is the tool ring, which can be freely programmed and positioned so that the scanned profile precisely passes through all processing steps and can be removed from the downstream buffer completely finished. Small footprint, ease of maintenance, and good accessibility from all sides are just a few of the many highlights. In production operation, only the profile bar needs to be identified via the integrated scanner and confirmed after placement. The tool stations are individually configured to meet your requirements.

Parallel profile and steel cutting
The Modular Profile Machining Center (MPZ) enables seamless integration with the automated steel cutting process – for a perfectly coordinated production process. The sawing data for the window profiles is automatically transmitted to the steel saw, ensuring that the corresponding steel profile is cut at exactly the right time and in the right length.
