Loading and removal - the profiles are transported automatically via a feed magazine and an exit transport buffer – the only manual activity left to do is scanning the profile data. Profile identification guarantees the exact execution of the machining operations. The speed of machining is individually adjustable, so that – depending on the extent of machining involved – 80-150 window units can be produced per shift. The large variety of machining options and the ability to process all established profile lengths ensures an efficient production. The freely programmable jaw position allows the machining of any profile cross section without change-over times. This applies to work being optimised according to program, work carried out randomly as required, profile- or order related work as well as the production of one-off pieces.
