A circle of tools makes it possible to machine profiles in only "one" operation.
 In order to carry out the entire machining of all profile types in the window and entrance-door production in one operation, all machining units are mounted on a turntable which can be set from 0° to 360°. Since all aggregates are controlled by digital frequency converters, this design solution enables, in only one operation, all machining steps to be carried out under CNC control with maximum precision. The use of drilling jigs and positioning aids is no longer necessary. |
